The young lady, Deja I believe, who always seems to wait on me in the drive thru is an absolute gem! She has patience and is always positive! If there is some type of recognition that you could give her she has gone above and beyond to earn it. She doesnt know I am writing this review. I had an extremely rough day and her attitude was the first positive one that I had all day. “ At first, I was wondering if the delay was because of short staffing or just slowness.... Until I saw the orders these folks were pumping out. Basically, a stream of cars were treating this place like a drive through catering service with orders of 3050 items... From the time I put my order in, to reception, less than a minute. It was piping hot, fresh and lightning fast. The person taking the orders was apologetic and courteous. My complements and regrets for the preposterous orders these folks had to contend with. Excellent job ”
“ We got this Taco Bell DoorDash to us on New Years Eve night at 1 AM. The food was fresh delicious and pretty fast for being New Years. They did forget all my sauce and my cheese sauce but I guess they saved me calories going into the new year! ”
“ UPDATE I was very irritated when this happened, and again when I couldnt get in touch with anybody, so I finally wrote this review. Since then, I have gotten in touch with Taco Bell corporate, and they took good care of me. I just wanted the refund for the food I never received, but they went above and beyond what I asked for. I have since been back to use the credit I received, and everything was fantastic. The young lady who helped me at the window was very personable and positive, and the food was perfect which isnt a surprise from this location lately. My recommendation is to call the store when you place an order to pick up inside the store, just to make sure theyre actually allowing people in. I ordered and paid in the app for instore pickup due to a time crunch, but when I got there, the lobby was closed. I didnt have time to go through the drivethru because there were ten cars in front of me, so I had to leave. The app wouldnt let me cancel, and I STILL cant get ahold of anybody to get my refund. I know I can file a dispute with my credit card company, but its just an unnecessary hassle caused by somebody choosing to lock their doors but still take peoples money. If I could have just canceled the order, like every other fast food app that Ive tried lets me do, I wouldnt even be upset. This is just incredibly poor service. ”
“ Brianna B. I believe that is her name is awesome!! She is always so nice and welcoming and she is so sweet to our daughter!! We always go when we know shes gonna be working. She Is hands down the best! We will go out of our way to go to this Taco Bell , and we always tell everyone to go to this 1 the manager there is really great too very professional,nice young man and very polite and helpful,you can tell he has done a good job turning this particular store around for the better... we havent had much interaction with the rest of the team,but they are always polite and the atmosphere is so great,keep up the good work you guys!!! ”
